1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Credit Repair Genie ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. Description of Service

Credit Repair Genie is a self-help dispute letter generation tool. The Service uses artificial intelligence to analyze credit reports you upload, identify potentially disputable items, and generate personalized dispute letters that cite applicable federal statutes including the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA).

Credit Repair Genie is NOT a credit repair organization, credit repair service, or credit services organization as defined under federal or state law. We do not contact credit bureaus, creditors, or any third parties on your behalf. You are solely responsible for reviewing, printing, mailing, and tracking your own dispute letters.

3. Not Legal Advice

The Service does not provide legal advice, financial advice, or credit counseling. The dispute letters generated by the Service are informational tools based on publicly available federal statutes. They are not a substitute for consultation with a qualified attorney. If you have questions about your legal rights, consult with a licensed attorney in your jurisdiction.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and truthful information when using the Service
  • Only dispute items on your credit report that you genuinely believe to be inaccurate, incomplete, or unverifiable
  • Review all AI-generated content before mailing any dispute letters
  • Not use the Service to submit frivolous or fraudulent disputes
  • Comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws
  • Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials

5. No Guarantee of Results

Credit Repair Genie does not guarantee any specific outcome from using the Service. The success of credit report disputes depends on many factors outside our control, including the accuracy of the information you provide, the credit bureau's investigation process, and the responses of data furnishers. Past results do not guarantee future outcomes.

6. Subscription and Payments

Certain features of the Service require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge the payment method on file on a recurring basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Settings page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, functionality, and content (excluding user-uploaded documents), is owned by Credit Repair Genie and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Dispute letters generated for you are licensed for your personal use in disputing items on your own credit report.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CREDIT REPAIR GENIE AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR COMPLETELY SECURE.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Credit Repair Genie from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including limitations of liability, disclaimers, and indemnification.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Tennessee.
