Credit Repair Genie

About Credit Repair Genie

Our Mission

Credit Repair Genie was built on a simple belief: everyone deserves accurate credit reporting, and you shouldn't have to pay hundreds of dollars to exercise your legal rights. The Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) gives every American the right to dispute inaccurate, incomplete, or unverifiable information on their credit reports — we just make it easier.

How It Works

Traditional credit repair companies charge $75–$150 per month and often use the same generic template letters for every client. Credit Repair Genie takes a different approach:

  • AI-Powered Analysis: Our AI reads your credit report and identifies every item that may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unverifiable — the three grounds for dispute under FCRA § 611.
  • Personalized Letters: Each dispute letter is generated fresh for your specific situation, citing the exact federal statutes that apply. No cookie-cutter templates.
  • You Stay in Control: You review every item before disputing. You review every letter before mailing. Your data stays private and is never shared with third parties.
  • Track Your Progress: After mailing your letters, track the 30-day FCRA investigation deadline and manage bureau responses all in one place.

A Tool, Not a Service

Credit Repair Genie is a self-help tool. We are not a credit repair organization (CRO) as defined by the Credit Repair Organizations Act (CROA). We do not contact credit bureaus or creditors on your behalf. We do not make promises about improving your credit score. We provide the tools and knowledge to help you exercise your rights under federal law — the rest is up to you.

Your Rights Under the FCRA

The Fair Credit Reporting Act (15 U.S.C. § 1681) provides important protections:

  • § 611: You have the right to dispute any information in your credit file that you believe is inaccurate, incomplete, or unverifiable.
  • § 611(a)(1): Credit bureaus must investigate your dispute within 30 days (or 45 days in certain circumstances).
  • § 611(a)(5): If the bureau cannot verify the disputed information, it must be promptly deleted or modified.
  • § 623: Data furnishers (creditors, collection agencies) have obligations to investigate disputes forwarded by credit bureaus.

Privacy First

Your credit report contains some of the most sensitive financial information about you. We take that responsibility seriously. Personal identifiable information (SSN, date of birth, account numbers) is automatically redacted before any data is sent to our AI for analysis. We never sell or share your data with third parties. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
